Terms of work

The Eliyahu Project is a writing service. Work begins only after a written proposal has been agreed and any required payment schedule is in place.

The commissioned family history or memoir is authored by Mark E. Paull. The narrative delivered to the client is not generated, drafted or paraphrased by an AI system.

Where the family record is incomplete, the finished text says so. Missing facts are not invented or quietly filled in.

You own the finished work. Nothing is published or shared without your written permission.

The Purim prayer journey

The prayer journey is free. Entrusting a prayer authorizes Mark to store it privately long enough to print, seal and carry it to Israel, as described on the front page and in the privacy notice. It is an act of accompaniment, not counselling, emergency support, prophecy, or a promise of a particular outcome. The site does not promise placement at any specific religious location.

This is not a genealogical research service. Archives, family trees, and records searches are outside the scope of the work unless explicitly agreed in writing.
